ABOUT

My first inspection started when we built our parents home, i was about 13 years old. My brothers and I helped in every detail of the building. Building a home is an exciting process. I would tell anyone that's building a new home, to get involved in every step of the process. If not able to, hire an inspector to do so. It's worth the investment.

Hello, my name is Lee Smith, and I am your Professional Real Estate Inspector. A-Inspections mission is to provide a complete, professional and thorough home inspection for it's clients, so they are able to make an informed buying decision.

I have been trusted by home buyers and sellers to help them make educated buying decisions. My home inspections typically average four hours depending on the size of the house.  You are encouraged, to follow along as I perform your inspection.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is, a home inspection requires work; and a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you permit me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my best effort.  This I promise!

I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to perform home inspections, trained by the Champion School of Real Estate, a premier Home Inspection training organization and a leader in home inspection training.  Also, I am a certified member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  I assure you that YOU will be my Client and I will do my best to make sure your home is inspected to the standards specified by the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors.
